Terms of Use | Little Blue's Farm
Effective date: September 4, 2026
Last updated: September 4, 2026
These terms of use govern littlebluesfarm.com and the orders you place with Little Blue's Farm, LLC. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. They are plain on purpose — we are a family farm, not a law firm.
The short version
Ordering from us agrees you will pay for what you order. Bulk beef is priced by hanging weight plus processing, and the final charge is based on the official hanging weight recorded at the locker. Delivery is free on our standard routes. Call or email with any question before you order — we would rather answer first than sort it out later.
This summary is for convenience. The sections below are the full terms.

By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Ordering and payment
When you place an order on this site, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout plus any applicable processing or delivery charges. Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable, if we cannot confirm delivery, or if an error in pricing or product description is found.
Bulk beef is priced by hanging weight plus processing. The price you lock in when you order is the rate per hanging pound; the total charged is based on the official hanging weight recorded at the USDA-inspected locker. This is explained on the Bulk Beef page.
Payments are processed securely at checkout through our store provider. We do not store your card details on this website.
Bulk meat and processing
Quarter, half, and whole beef are sold by hanging weight. Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before cutting and trimming. The packaged meat you take home will weigh less than the hanging weight — typically a quarter results in roughly 130 to 165 pounds of packaged meat.
Custom-cut orders require you to work directly with the locker on cut specifications. Standard-cut orders are processed based on what most families ask for. If a cut in your standard-cut order is not something your family eats, we will swap it for more ground beef.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Missouri on our regular routes. Standard delivery runs one to two weeks depending on the route schedule. See our Delivery & Pickup page for details.
Pickup is available at the farm by appointment and at the Peoria Riverfront Farmers Market May through September. For delivery or pickup timing questions, call us before your order date.
Pricing
Prices on the site are as shown. We work hard to keep them current, but prices can change. The price at checkout is the price you pay. For bulk beef, the rate per hanging pound is what you lock in; the final total depends on the actual hanging weight.
Returns and if something is wrong
Meat is a perishable product. If something about your order is not right — a cut you did not expect, a problem with a package, or a delivery that did not arrive — call us at (309) 613-0563 and we will make it right. Because the meat is perishable, contact us promptly so we can sort it out.
If you need to change or cancel a bulk order, contact us before your butcher date. Once an animal is scheduled with the locker, we can't un-schedule it.
